I left a voicemail on a Sunday night and Bob called back early the next day (which is what I was hoping for)...and he made me feel very comfortable about bringing in my car to him to repair an oil leak. He offered the service of dropping me back at home which was a huge "plus" for me! I am on vacation here for a week and needed to have this service offered to me. Bob also clearly explained all the needed repairs and pricing for each so I could make an informed decision. They also did a complimentary car wash! Most important was Bob and his associates answering the phone each time I called.
