I brought my car to Ayers for my first service of a 2012 Ford Fiesta. Ayers thoroughly checked the car and provided a detailed list of what had been performed and the results of the investigation, as per agreement signed in advance, so there were no surprises for me. The mechanics realized there were two oil leaks (engine and shock): Ayers called me to inform me and took the car to Ford for the repair under warranty: again, no surprises. On top of that, the car was washed and vacuum cleaned when I got it back. All of this as courtesy, so free of charge. I have no reference for the cost of their service, but I would definitely recommend them.

The free diagnostic check illuminated several car problems I knew nothing about. I appreciated the thoroughness of Mr Ayers report and the amount of time he spent on the phone with me explaining each issue in detail.
