She brings with her a thorough knowledge of the automotive service industry, after starting in the auto repair business 30 years ago when her brother, Mike, asked her to take care of the bookkeeping at Mahneke Motors. From there, she started ordering parts and then moved on to become a service advisor. She says that she loved the rapport she built with her clients over the years at Mahneke and looks forward to building the same relationships with her new clients at Ayers Automotive Repairs.

Ware lives in Carpinteria and has two sons. Her youngest son lives in Phoenix with her granddaughters, ages 5 and 9, and she looks forward to spending time with them this Christmas season. Maureen is very active in her church, serving as a Sunday school teacher as well as an AWANA leader for the last 23 years.
